ORGANIC TEAS AND BOTANICALS
Our loose leaf teas and botanicals are sourced directly from Certified Organic growers across the globe. Organic products are grown and processed using strictly-regulated agricultural practices and processing methods, and are free from harmful chemicals and genetically modified ingredients.
At Garden To Cup Organics sustainability is a state-of-mind, the way we do business. It is a complete ecosystem that includes the tea plant, the people who grow it, the facilities that processes it, and the methods we use to send the finished products to the consumer. From the organic garden, all the way to your cup, every step is analyzed to maximize benefits and minimize our environmental footprint.
SUSTAINABILITY
Garden to Cup Organics actively supports organic agriculture and sustainable methods of production.
All of our partners adhere to strict Organic Certification standards. Some go well beyond minimizing their environmental footprint, and actively work toward benefiting the environment!
As an example, simple yet highly effective methods of pest control can be utilized by nurturing a perfect natural environment for thriving populations of bullfrogs and bats, instead of using toxic pesticides. Another example is teaming up with universities and research institutions to cultivate biodiversity, and to satisfy 100% of the tea estate’s fertilizer needs through diligent composting.
These are just a few examples of traditional methods and ingenious, natural solutions which we are very proud to support.
